The solution

Clear selected two MOVEX ME PP source-capture extraction arms (snorkels), one for each treatment room, paired with an inline duct fan. The arms capture air right at the source, before odors can spread throughout the room.

The arms are mounted to the ceiling using MTI ceiling brackets, which also function as exhaust ducts. This eliminates the need for separate ductwork and additional openings through the drop ceiling, providing a cleaner, simpler installation. Because Clear leases its space, the building’s exterior could not be modified. An inline duct fan provided an option the property owner could approve. This is a familiar challenge for many businesses in the beauty and skin care industries that operate in leased spaces.

The arms are easy to position during a procedure and fold away when not in use. The equipment operates with very little noise, which matters in a setting where a calm atmosphere is part of the treatment experience.
