Portable welding filter for use in temporary workplaces requiring a high separation efficiency

Welding smoke contains large quantities of very small and harmful particles for which a very high separation efficiency is required. The Movex welding filter satisfies this requirement:

  • For temporary workplaces
  • Filtering occurs in three stages

SE filter consisting of three layers

  • Pre-filter with a separation efficiency of 95-97% for particles >0.3 μm
  • Fine filter with a separation efficiency of 97-99% for particles >0.3 μm
  • Micro-filter with a separation efficiency of 99.997% for particles >0.3 μm

 

S-filter consisting of two layers
