Exhaust extractors with balancing blocks and pivoting arms for stationary vehicles
ASA is recommended mainly for large vehicles and plant machinery, especially where there is a requirement of high temperature operation. The ASA balance block solution is available in two variants, with or without a pivoting arm:
- Balance block solution without supporting arm
- Installation from the ceiling or other high mounting points
- Balance block solution with horizontal supporting arm
- Can be used over multiple workstations
- Long reach
- Locking balancing block
- Pull down to desired position and the extractor remains in place
- Pull again to return the extractor to its starting position
Systems are usually designed for stationary vehicles, with a slightly higher airflow than the stated exhaust gas volume and in order to cope with a slightly higher load than stated in the minimum requirements.
